Lowe's Home Improvement at 1901 U.S. 287 Frontage Road, Mansfield, Texas.

I purchase an appliance online from Lowes, the whole experience was pretty bad. The unit was defective and had to be returned. I must have spoken to 5 different people, every time starting over. Their internal communication is lacking. Finally the day of the new delivery I was told they would call and give me an approximate time, never happened, I called them again at 5PM and was told the delivery would be between 8 am and 8 pm , at that point I lost it. solution is easy they need to appoint one person to be in charge of an account that has a problem. Not sure where I go next time for major appliance.
